Ballograf's Epoca P in dark blue is an engineering landmark from 1961 that still outperforms modern alternatives. Created in response to complaints from Swedish Postal Service workers about hand fatigue, its faceted barrel design became the standard others try to copy. Hand-assembled in Sweden with precision and care. The smooth writing experience comes from premium oil-based ink formulated to resist light and withstand extreme climates. A single refill delivers 8,000 meters of writing - nine times longer than typical ballpoints. The 1.0mm medium tip balances fine detail with smooth flow. Fully refillable and Svenskt Arkiv certified for legal and financial use. Made in Sweden with lifetime guarantee on mechanisms. 9mm diameter, 130mm height, 13-14g.
