Each crayon delivers the same dual dry-and-wet performance as the full Neocolor II line. Apply dry for bold, textured marks, dip the tip directly into water for saturated wet-on-wet effects, or blend dissolved pigment like traditional watercolors. High lightfastness across all 30 colors ensures finished work holds up against UV fading over time. Stored in a high-durability metal storage box with internal alignment tracks.
