These are replacement leads for the Scrikss Graph-X 2.0 mm clutch pencil series, sized to fit the full Graph-X line as well as other standard European 2.0 mm clutch holders. Instead of a traditional clay-bound graphite core, the leads use a synthetic high-polymer binder, which makes them more resistant to snapping under pressure than standard graphite — useful at this thickness, since a 2.0 mm core has more material that can crack if it's clay-bound and gets dropped or knocked against a hard edge.

The 2B grade gives a dark, soft line with low resistance against vellum, tracing film, or sketch paper, suited to architectural drafting or bolder shading work where a harder grade would come out too light. The leads ship in an impact-resistant plastic tube rather than loose packaging, so they're protected from crushing while being carried to a drafting table or job site.
